The Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort's award-winning Lunch & Learn series is returning for its 15th season and, as usual, will feature culinary experts from all over the country. The demonstrations will be held in The Views Ballroom on select Saturdays in July and August, and each event will include a three-course meal with take-home recipes and a chance for a Q&A with the presenters.

Here's the lineup for this summer's series:

July 16 – Chef Curtis Cameron and Chef Russell LaCasce (lunch)

Chef Cameron started his career with traditional Japanese cuisine, but has since moved into the realm of pastries. He has worked at both the Arizona Biltmore and the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah, but he joined the Little Nell as the executive pastry chef in 2014.

Chef LaCasce works as the executive sous chef at Sanctuary and elements, the resort's signature restaurant.

July 23 – Chef Allen Susser (lunch)

Chef Susser was named the “Ponce de Leon of New Floridian cooking” by the New York Times and has demonstrated his New World cuisine style cooking for 25 years at his Miami restaurant, Chef Allen.

August 6 – Chef Jeff Mauro (dinner)

Celebrity Chef Mauro won season seven of the Food Network’s Food Network Star and is currently the host of the Food Network’s Sandwich King and The Kitchen. He also co-founded and worked as the executive chef of Pork & Mindy’s in Chicago, the city’s first slow-smoked sandwich shop.

August 13 – Chef Cullen Campbell (dinner)

Chef Campbell is chef and co-owner of both Okra Cookhouse & Cocktails and Crudo/Bar Crudo in Phoenix. Campbell specializes in Italian and Mediterranean dishes, and his newest restaurant, Okra, delivers Italian-accented twists on Southern dishes.

August 20 – Marc Summers and Chef Beau MacMillan (lunch)

Chef Summers is currently the host of the Food Network’s Unwrapped and is the executive producer for Dinner: Impossible, Food Feuds, and Restaurant: Impossible.

Chef MacMillan works as the executive chef for Sanctuary. He has appeared on Food Network shows such as Iron Chef America, Worst Cooks in America, The Next Iron Chef, and Guy’s Grocery Games.

August 27 – Chef Ryan Clark (dinner)

Chef Clark works in his hometown of Tucson as chef de cuisine at PY Steakhouse at Casino del Sol Resort. He has also worked extensively in New York and Arizona, including at Sanctuary under Chef Beau MacMillan.

All lunch demonstrations will start at noon and cost $75 per person. Dinner events will start at 6 p.m. and cost $125 per person. To make a reservation, call Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort at 480-607-2300.
