The folks behind Old Town Scottsdale party spots El Hefe and Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row are about to take things healthy with a new restaurant. Called Farm & Craft, the soon-to-open health-focused dining spot will be located at 4302 North Scottsdale Road, in the space most recently occupied by Stingray Sushi.

The restaurant comes from Riot Hospitality Group and is slated to open in early June.

Diners looking for "Food, Affection and Community" — that's the restaurant's tagline — can expect a fast-casual spot by day and a full-service restaurant at night. The menu will include gluten-free, organic, and hormone-free ingredients, according to a press release, used in dishes such as Blueberry Protein Pancakes during breakfast, an Organic Hummus Protein Power Salad at lunch, and flax seed flatbreads for dinner.

"The ‘Wellness-Menu’ will focus on four main topics for optimal health; increasing your daily probiotic intake, boosting your immune system, reducing your stress level and enhancing an antioxidant diet,” says Riot Hospitality Group BEO Ryan Hibbert.

Farm & Craft will also offer nitro cold brew and kombucha on tap, plus wine, beer, and cocktails made with freshly-pressed juice.
