Walls aren’t the only place to view art this week. Art Intersection is hosting an evening of member portfolio sharing that is open to the public for viewing and input. Each member will have a space of about 18 square feet to show their collection of photographs. All artists will be present, and there is ample opportunity to get some real discussions going about their artwork.

Whether you’re an amateur photographer or an old pro, there’s something to be gained by critiquing others' work. But even if you aren’t an artist yourself, Art Intersection’s regular portfolio sharing events offer a lovely behind-the-scenes look at some local talent.

This special photographic portfolio sharing event will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, at Art Intersection, 207 North Gilbert Road, Suite 201, in Gilbert. The event is free an open to the public. For more information, visit www.artintersection.com or call 480-316-1118.
