Main Megadeth man Dave Mustaine really upped his verbal diarrhea game with the recent revelation that he truly believes President Barack Obama is directly responsible for the "Fast and Furious" gunwalking scandal at the US/Mexico border, and the Aurora, Colorado, and Sikh Temple shootings in Wisconsin. We're mostly immune to his brash ramblings, but man have they really piled up this year.

I though we'd take a look at 10 more awesomely atrocious comments Mustaine has made over the years.

Pit Magazine October 2004 "Yeah, you've got Tom Morello from Audioslave walking around talking about freeing the people in South America while he is walking around in his fucking Gucci silk suits. Spare me, what do you know about that? Talk about hypocrisy." Why it's ridiculous: I Googled "Tom Morello, Gucci silk suit" and didn't find a single picture.

Metal Edge July 2007 "But I'm also the unofficial elected official of the disenfranchised youth of America. I can get into the focus groups and actually say what is relevant. Even though I'm not 18 anymore or struggling with Stridex and testosterone, I do still have an 18-year-old inside of me." Why it's ridiculous: Unofficially, officially, "I do still have an 18-year-old inside of me," could be misconstrued as a Freudian slip.

Spin Magazine November 2011 "I met a fan in Kentucky who had throat cancer. He was only supposed to live a few weeks. For some reason, I reached out, grabbed his throat, and started praying for the dude. He lived long enough to give me this on our next tour. It's signed by the governor and says I'm an honorary Kentucky colonel." Why it's ridiculous: A description of a certificate that ranks as one of Mustaine's most prized possessions. Dave is apparently capable of curing cancer now.

LA Weekly February 2012 "I watch some of these shows from over in Africa, and you've got starving women with six kids. Well, how about, you know, put a plug in it? It's like, you shouldn't be having children if you can't feed them." Why it's ridiculous: I'm reading all of these things about how Dave Mustaine keeps putting his foot in his mouth. Well, how about, you know, put a plug in it, Dave?

The Hour March 2012 "I have a lot of questions about [Obama], but certainly not where he was born. I know he was born somewhere else than America. . . I'm not calling a question to it, I just . . . How come he was invisible until he became whatever he was in Illinois?" Why it's ridiculous: Sheriff Joe's evidence did not list Dave Mustaine as a credible source in his birther investigation.

Seattle Sounds on KIRO 97.3 FM April 2012 "I have the same position that Hillary Clinton and Obama have towards the gays. Look it up. I'm a Christian, I'm a heterosexual man. It's like me worrying about cat owners. I don't like cats. I don't have anything against them, but I don't want one. I know that's a really crazy connection." Why it's ridiculous: Now Mustaine is against same-sex feline marriages. Where does it end?

The Birmingham News May 2012 "When people in Washington say they're going to take away my guns, they better bring theirs if they're going to take mine." Why it's ridiculous: So you're against gay marriage because you're a Christian, but you're for shooting people. Got it.

Infowars Interview with Alex Jones July 2012 "Why hasn't somebody moved to impeach this man? With all of the proof about his birth certificate being fake. And you see the signs in Kenya that say 'the birthplace of Barack Obama.' Hello?! C'mon, guys. How stupid are we right now?" Why it's ridiculous: He asks, "How stupid are we right now?"

"I guess the best revenge is when you look back in history at what Michelle [Obama] wore at his inauguration and she had a black dress on with two red triangles, so she looked like a black widow turned upside down. So there's gotta be some symbology there. You just don't wear something like that to some event like that without there being some kind of future message being told." Why it's ridiculous: Unless he's talking about a cameo in an Avengers sequel, this makes little sense.

"Sometimes our fans that are younger, they look to me as a big brother, or even a father figure, because I really care a lot about them." Why it's ridiculous: Oh, sweet baby Jesus, are we in trouble if that's true.
