You dont have to travel to New Orleans to see drag queens, colorful costumes, and freely bared breasts. Just visit the Downtown Phoenix Mardi Gras Parade, kicking off at 7 p.m. at 1st Street between Jefferson and Madison streets. Afterwards, head over to CityScape for a free Mardi Gras festival featuring a beer garden and festive tunes from Bad Cactus Marching Band. If you still havent purged your sins by 9 p.m., join the pub crawl and get your drink on at five downtown bars, followed by a sober-up meal at Steves Greenhouse Grill.
