Brain Food

On Thursday James Beard Award nominated chef Kevin Binkley is teaming up with the Beer for Brains Foundation and Four Peaks Brewery for the Beer for Brains Benefit Dinner. The four-course beer paired dinner costs $85 and will raise money for brain cancer awareness through the Arizona-based non-profit organization. The menu includes dishes such as Smoked Sweet Potato Salad with pickles, sweet tea, white bread, crispy chicken skins, and hot sauce; Slow Roasted Spiced Pork Belly with sprouts, lemon, red onion, jalapeno, and plantain; and pumpkin custard with chocolate cake, cranberry granola, and orange. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. at Bink's Scottsdale and also includes a complimentary tasting glass from Four Peaks Brewery. For reservations call 480-664-9238.
