The cool weather is nice, but Valley heatseekers might be getting antsy. If you can’t wait for the summer and you want to provide the flames, The Circus Farm’s Dragon Training is for anyone who wants a belly full of fire on Saturday, January 25.

Crystal Cruz, better known to fans of exotic entertainment as the divine Madam C. of Valley burlesque troupe Provocatease, is leading aspiring fire performers in the techniques of fire breathing, fire eating, and having fire travel across the body. While the way of the dragon might not be for the squeamish (or the hirsute), the workshop will definitely be handy for those wanting to entrance cookout attendees.

Dragon Training lights up The Circus Farm, 456 West McLellan Road in Mesa, at 5 p.m. Registration is $50 (fire-eating torches provided) or $40 (provide your own torches). To register or for more info, call 480-233-6706 or visit www.thecircusfarm.com.
