Christmas is next week and if you haven't finished all your holiday shopping, you're not alone. Fortunately the good people at Meat Market Vintage have put together the perfect event for retro-loving procrastinators.

On Saturday, December 21, Meat Market Vintage will host its monthly Meat Market Flea Market. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. guests can shop from a wide selection of clothing, accessories, and more from new and old vendors.

There will be plenty of shopping perks throughout the day including 10 percent off all items in the store, a $10 gift certificate for every $50 spent, and several $5 clothing racks in the parking lot.

Nami and Silent Flight Coffee will also be on hand offering vegan baked goods and warm beverages. And if you can't make it to this roundup of retro goods, Meat Market's communal swap returns next year, occurring every third Saturday of the month.

Keep Phoenix New Times Free... Since we started Phoenix New Times, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Phoenix, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Phoenix with no paywalls.
