Phoenix was in her costumed best for the sixth Phoenix Annual Parade of the Arts. Those who chose to roll costume-less enjoyed unparalleled people watching and an exciting selection of local visual and performing artists.

Some folks say they were born in the wrong decade. But in the case of steampunkers, they're off by about a century. Evermore Nevermore hosted the third Steampunk Street party. Visitors prowled the streets in bustled skirts and three-piece suits for an eyeful of curiosities, including a Victorian fashion show at OneOhOne Gallery.
The forecast said weather would be bad, but other than a few few clouds it was all sun-shiney smiles at the Certified Local Festival. More than 60 local, independent businesses showcased the goods while browsers listened to music from Sunset Electrics, Loose Cannons Blues Band, and more.
