Petite Maison Bringing Back Lunch and Champagne Brunch in March: Think French-Style Pizzas and Crepes au Canard

On the heels of last week's announcement that chef James Porter was leaving Big Earl's BBQ in Scottsdale, where he was chef and operating manager, comes that news that his Parisian bistro in Old Town Scottsdale, Petite Maison, will be resuming its lunch and champagne brunch the first week of March.

Starting on Tuesday, March 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Petite Maison's casual lunch menu, along with salads and a few Parisian bistro-style appetizers, will feature several styles of the pissaladiére, a pizza-like dish made in southern France and one of Porter's favorite eats last year when he traveled across the region.

"Our unique interpretation will combine some of the most popular and familiar French dishes atop a round, rustic flatbread: crisp on the bottom, and featuring just four ingredients," says Porter.

Petite Maison's Sunday Brunch du Champagne, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday, starting this Sunday, March 3, will offer a three-course brunch for $35 with champagne and mimosas or a la carte dishes such as brioche French toast, crepes au cunard, and beignets au chocolate.
