National Tequila Day: 5 Places to Celebrate on Sunday, July 24 in Metro Phoenix

This Sunday is National Tequila Day, and plenty of Phoenix restaurants are celebrating. From meal deals to drink specials, see what metro Phoenix restaurants are doing to celebrate this inevitably boozy holiday. 

Sierra Bonita Grill 

Sierra Bonita Grill in Phoenix is celebrating the agave spirit with all-day specials on tequila-based cocktails. From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sierra Bonita will offer $6 happy-hour pricing on the following three drinks: Fresh Squeezed Margarita, Pomegranate Margarita, and Paloma. The Fresh Squeezed Margarita is shaken with reposado tequila, orange liqueur, fresh squeezed lime juice, and agave nectar, while the Pomegranate Margarita features pomegranate liqueur, reposado tequila, orange liqueur, a splash of orange juice, and homemade sweet and sour mix. Phoenix's Barrio Urbano is celebrating the holiday with half-off all tequilas and tequila cocktails all day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Modern Margarita

Northeast Phoenix's Modern Margarita is celebrating National Tequila Day by offering two for one tequila including brands such as Chicano, Casa Noble, Cazadores, Corzo, and Espolon. The restaurant is also debuting new tequila-infused cocktails. Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill

Head to Z’Tejas Southwest Grill on National Tequila Day from 3 to 5 p.m. to enjoy $5 signature margaritas.
