From 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, Radiate PHX is inviting downtown locals to mix, mingle, and learn about the 2014-15 arts season at Grant Street Studios. Councilwoman Kate Gallego of Phoenix's District 8 and Dean Steven Tepper of the ASU Herberger Institute will open the event, which will feature complimentary food and drink by Atlasta Catering and Pour Masters.
