This Sunday, two of the Valley's culinary stars will join forces for a dinner at the picturesque Four Seasons at Troon Northresort. On Sunday, June 23 James Beard Award-nominated chef Kevin Binkley will share the stage at Talavera with Four Seasons Executive Chef Mel Mecinas for a four-course one-night event. Each of the chefs will create dishes that showcase their unique talents, including tomato consommé with lobster and uni as well as seared Copper River salmon with pickled peaches. Four courses plus dessert and wine pairings costs $110 per person. SanTan Brewing Company's 5th Annual Hawaiian Luau
On Saturday, June 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., SanTan Brewing Company and White Water are transforming downtown Chandler into a free water park to celebrate summer in Hawaiian luau fashion. For a taste of traditional island grinds, head to SanTan Brewery to experience the flavors of Hawai'i: roasted pig, lomi salmon, steamed rice and coconut haupia dessert. And, of course, you can wash down the fit-for-a-king feast with one of SanTan's Mr. Pineapple wheat beers.
AJ's Summer Wine Spectacular
Ten wine vendors will bring more than 40 different wines to the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday, June 23 for a wine-tasting extravaganza. In addition to the dozens of wines available for sampling, 10 food vendors will offer everything from sushi to artisan cheese to chocolates to complement everything from white to red to rose. Admission to the Summer Wine Spectacular, which will take place from 3 to 6 p.m., costs $25 in advance or $30 at the door on the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased through the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts ticket box, online or at any AJ's Fine Foods location.

If you missed out on this year's annual Farmer in the House series, there's still hope for you to experience the artisan fruits and vegetables of Pat Duncan's boutique farm in Litchfield Park. Today, Duncan will bring his organic fruits and vegetables to Bourbon Steak at the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess for a Farm to Table dinner. Sun Up Brewery's Horizon hefeweizen
The local beer masters at Sun Up Brewery have brought back their classic wheat ale, Sun Up Horizon, this week -- and they're celebrating with a menu tailored to play up the profile of the beer. The hefeweizen is "made with the famous Weihenstefan yeast, and German Tettnang hops for that great authentic taste." From now through Saturday, June 21, $15 will by you a pint of the beer and a three course tasting menu including Watermelon and Tomato Salad, grilled shrimp and homemade banana pudding.
